সফটওয়্যার নিতে হলে National ID অথবা passport এর কপি দিতে হবে।
যাদের সাথে লেনদেন করবেন তাদের Documents নিতে হবে।
কেউ টাকা পয়সা কারো সাথে লেনদেন করলে নিজ দায়িত্বে BANK ACCOUNT এর মাধ্যমে করবে। কোনো ধরনের অর্থ লেনদেনের বিষয়ে নিজে যাচাই-বাছাই করে নিবেন; এ বিষয়ে আমাদের কোনো দায় থাকবে না।
অপরিচিত কারো সাথে আর্থিক লেনদেন করা থেকে বিরত থাকবেন।
আমরা শুধুমাত্র সফটওয়্যার বিক্রি বা ডেভেলপ করি। কেউ যদি সফটওয়্যার নিয়ে কোনো ধরনের অনৈতিক কাজ করে তবে এটার দায়ভার আমরা বহন করবো না।
যারা আমাদের কাজ থেকে সার্ভার নিয়ে business করবেন তারা তাদের NID, ট্রেড লাইসেন্স জমা দিয়ে আপডেট করে নিবেন। অন্যথায় ভেরিফিকেশনের জন্য সার্ভার সাময়িকভাবে বন্ধ থাকতে পারে।
আমাদের কাছে কোনো কাস্টমার যদি কোনো সার্ভার এর বিষয়ে কোনো অভিযোগ জানায় এবং তা সঠিক প্রমাণিত হয়, সে ক্ষেত্রে আমরা কাস্টমারদের উক্ত সার্ভারের যে তথ্য আছে তা দিয়ে সহযোগিতা করবো।
আমরা মোবাইল রিচার্জ বা বিকাশের ব্যালান্সের জন্য টাকা লেনদেন করি না। কেউ যদি কোনো সার্ভার কোম্পানির সাথে মোবাইল রিচার্জ/বিকাশ ব্যালান্স নেওয়ার জন্য টাকা লেনদেন করে তবে সেটা সম্পূর্ণ নিজ দায়িত্বে করবে।

To receive the software, you must provide a copy of your National ID or passport.
Collect and verify documents from the parties you transact with.
Any money transaction between parties must be done at your own responsibility via a bank account. You must verify all financial dealings yourself; we will not be liable for any such transactions.
Avoid financial transactions with unknown persons.
We only sell or develop software. If anyone uses the software for unethical activities, we will not be responsible.
If you run a business using servers obtained through our work, you must submit and update your NID and trade license; otherwise, the server may be temporarily disabled for verification.
If we receive a complaint about any server and it is proven valid, we will assist customers with the information we have about that server.
We do not handle money transactions for mobile recharge or bKash balance. If you transact with any server company for mobile recharge/bKash balance, you do so entirely at your own responsibility.
